Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I booked a vacation home back in March thru a real estate agent. When we arrived to find out the owner also booked the home. We were told we had to leave. I had a lease for this week the other people did not. The owner is lying because my agent and I both have emails from him. What can I do about this

You can sue the property owner for breach of contract. You can also file a complaint with the Pennsylvania Bureau of Professional Occupations against the real estate professional. If you think the property owner was motivated by racial, gender, disability, or sexual orientation discrimination, then file a complaint with the Pennsylvania Human Relationships Commission. These options are not mutually exclusive. I can help you with any or all the above options. Good luck.
