Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

As co-owner and co-signor of my ex husband's vehicle and loan, am I legally entitled to seize the vehicle since he's not making timely or full payments and is ruining my credit?

Well, it's not so much about "seizing" the car since you have just as much ownership as he does. Presumably, however, the issue of who retains the car (and who is liable for the car loan) was worked out in your divorce, no? If so, your name should've been taken off of the car title and the loan; if not, that's unfortunate!

I suggest trying to work out something with him now, like him selling it or giving it to you in exchange for you taking over the payments. If he won't agree, though, there's nothing stopping you from getting in and driving "your" car off. Since that would likely cause a scene, you might want to give the local cops a heads-up before you do. Best of luck to you.
