My mortgage company is sueing us for foreclosure. We have made repayment arrangements and have been told that the foreclosure will be frozen. Should I still respond to the court papers, explaining arrangements have been made.

Re: Foreclosure

It is absolutely urgent that you contact legal counsel. Yes you should answer the complaint in mortgage foreclosure. A failure to do so will jeapodize your rights. If I can be of any assistence, please call. YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS ARE IN JEAPODY OF BEING WAIVED BY A FAILURE TO RESPOND TO ANY LEGAL ACTION IN SPITE OF AN ORAL AGREEMENT. I speak from experience because the lawyers representing bank may be aggressive ane unaware of any agreement. Do not waive your rights. Contact any attorney. Gerald Hershenson Esq. 215-579-9390
