Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Signed Sales Agreement

I have signed an agreement to buy a house. I have given $1000.00 hand money. Now I am thinking I want to back out of the deal. Is there any way I can do that without losing my hand money. Home inspection is on Thursday.

You have to look at the wording of the sales agreement. Usually, there is wording of a morgage contingency clause, failure of the home inspection etc etc that might give you the right to rescind the contract.
