Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I pay $1353/month in rental community, new tenant pays $1150/month

I recently renewed my lease for the townhome I live in and my rent was raised from $1295/month to $1353/month, I was also given a $500 off my first months rent on renewal of lease.

Today I found out that for the same home I rent, some one new would pay $1150/month. Is this legal, also the property manager is so rude and nasty it is no point in talking to her. I don't know if she is like this with me only or with everyone.

It is up to the parties to negotiate the terms of a lease. It is unfair but you should have investigate before signing the lease. The only other option is to renegotiate the lease. That is unlikely. Therefore there is not much you can do. Your lease must be reviewed by legal counsel. in order to be assured that this advice is correct.

If I can be of any assistence let me know.
