affair

can my husband change the name of the house to someone elses name wile we still live there and me knowing he is having an affair (i know becase he verbaly told me )but yet its not a proven fact

It depends: was the deed only in his name or his and yours? If his only, he has the power to transfer (although the home could still be marital property subject to division by the family court). You should seek specific advice about your situation from a family law attorney to get a complete answer, because there are too many variables to be able to give you a good answer at this point.
