Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

Final Court Hearing Papers vs Temporary Court Hearing Papers

When I first left my ex husband we had a temporary court hearing then after a year we had a final hearing anything that is writen in the temporary hearing papers no longer excist right? Now we go by what the final papers say right? Another words, i'm planning to move in with my boyfriend asap mostly to help us both out financially, in the temp papers it had stated no overnighters with the opposite sex. The final court hearing papers only specifies the things regarding the kids, nothing in the final papers regarding my personal life at all. Our divoice has been final for 2 and 1/2 years and i just wanted to make sure that moreless the temporary papers no longer excist and the final papers is what we go by. Thanks!
