I have signed this agreement and now I have a question about this paragraph

release. for and in consideration of the matter set herein, the Crawleys,for themselves and their heirs and assigns, hereby release ,aquit, and forever discharge the burtons,their heirs,asigns,agents,contractors,and employees of and from any and all claims demands,damages,actions,causes of action,suits at law or in equity existing as of and including the date here of.
