unreturned pics

my dad died in 2000, mom in 1996,my sister took ALL the family pictures ''to divide up and sort'' refuses to send them to me, I have no past thanks to her. My kids want the pictures of my parents,grandparents,greatgrandparents, and me, do i have legal recourse

You should get a local family law attorney in your town to write a Demand/Request letter to divide up or have copies made of desired photos.

Hopefully that would do it, but if it is worth it, you could have a mediation/court hearing on the division of the family assets.
