Repossession of vehicle
When filing bankruptcy, If a petitioner allows his vehicle to be repossessed, is he still liable for the remaining value of the car? Can the upside down interest be discharged with a chapter 7 petition?

If you put the creditor on your bankruptcy package and you are dischared, they can not hold you responsible for any monies owed on the vehicle in my jurisdiction of LA
