Involving a auto accident, if the other party does'nt have enough insurance to cover Dr. bills,lost wages, Will I be left to pay the balance on the Dr. bills ? And should I recieve money for pain and suffering ?

Yes to both questions. You are responsible for your medical bills regardless what the other driver or any insurance company does.
