Hello. My veh was taken from my driveway from one of these loans for title company, while @ home. It's been put in front of their building for sale. What legal rights do I have to reclaiming my veh and does this outfit have the right to set the resale price if I decide to buy it back. Thank you.

Title loan companies are notorious for using unscrupulous collection practices. You might have recourse depending on the facts of your situation. You should contact an attorney to get an opinion about whether you have recourse.
