Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

serving of papers???

last night, a constable came to our door with papers for my husband who wasn't home. She said she couldn't give them to me. My husband is on sabbatical for 10 days. Is there any way for me to pick them up?

I agree with Mr. McLeaish, and if he wants to know who is suing him, then check online with the county's court records.
