Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Had misdemer charge from 1982 show up on back ground check. Can this be exspounged from my record.

Probably not expunged, but you might be able to get an order of non-disclosure. You should contact a lawyer handling criminal matters in your area to see if this is an option.
