Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
probation
i was placed on deffered adjudication in 1998 and i stopped reporting in2001. i have not been in any trouble since 1998. i am currently avoiding arrest. can i be placed back on probation to complete it and move on with my life?

Why did you stop reporting? Did you pay all your fees? Did you do all of your community supervision? Is there anything else that you did not do?
