Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

How can I petition the court to revist Permanent managing conservatorship court order that we were granted on our four nieces and nephews? The court awarded us PMC without terminating the mothers rights and we would like to transfer/split PMC and terminate parental rights due to the mother not improving on her situation and for our own financial reasons or either get some financial help from state.

I would sit down with an experienced family law attorney in your county and discuss your options.

If you don't know an attorney then check out this website (www.lawguru.com) or www.avvo.com and read attorney answers and pick someone out from one of these sites.

Terminating parental rights is time consuming. The attorney can explain it to you.

I think I've addressed it on my blog in the past - www.txfamilylaw4u.blogspot.com
