Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

my sister got a divorce without signing, just the attorneys and judge signed. Also husband did not comply with the court order. She was suppose to get 1st pick of sons toys, all her clothes (which were in a shed for more than a year); a tv, and 1st pick of a computer; and set of sofas. She got nothing from the above mentioned. Only a few other things she could get. ALSO to communicate better for interest of son, What can she do,

She needs to take a certified copy of the Divorce Decree to an experienced family law attorney in the county that the divorce took place & talk to the attorney.

Without reviewing the decree it is impossible to adequately discuss the matter.

Also, the only required signature on a Final Decree of Divorce is the judge's signature!

It is possible that if the husband did not comply with the court order then she can file CONTEMPT against him. However, it might not be financially worth it to her. Only after she meets with an attorney can she determine if it is worth her time & money to pursue this legal cause of action.
