Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

''extra income'' internet post - legality inquiry

Hi there! I, like millions of others out there, am trying to make extra money and I came upon a website that had an easy way to make money. They claim they have contacted the Postal Service and lawers and they swear this is a perfectly legal way to make money. The site address is as follows:

http://affiliate-programs.americanpersonals.com/messages/5045.html

Could you please look this over and let me know if this truly IS legal, so that if I decide to do it I won't be in any danger of commiting fraud.

THANKS!!!

If there was an easy and legal way to make money, everyone would be doing it.

And when they have to tell you that they checked with the authorities for the legality of the operation, you know it's a scam.

This appears to be illegal and is certainly a scam. It is just a typical Ponzi scheme where those in early might receive some money but most are left holding the bag.
