Ads for my job

My employer is running an ad for my job on the internet.I am the only person that holds the position and I have never been told that I will be leaving. They told me that it is to ''keep people in the pipeline''. Is it legal to do this? What can I do if I am being forced from my position?

The company is either doing what it says it is doing or is looking to replace you. Employment is generally at will and therefore if they chose to they could replace you with a new worker. The only restriction would be if the replacement was done for discriminatory purposes. I offer free consultations.
