Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

problem at work

i am a 43 yr old female and have been injured on the job.employers are making me miserable to force me to quit.they are retaliating because they are mad that they have to find things for me to do because i am on lite duty and still under docs care..they have offered me a job that i just dont want because they dont think i will do it and that i will just go away. what can i do?
