Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Help

I was doing sub-contract work for this company, building a storage shed at a motel, and I sustained an injury from falling off a ladder. I can't work and have no insurance. Can the motel or the company I was working for be held liable for my injury?

Re: Help

It depends on a few factors: whose ladder was it? Who was directing the work? What made you fall? Call me at 214 559 6173 or email me with more information. There is no charge for initial consultations.
