Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

commercial sale

I put a commercial property for sale. I receved a purchase offer. while buyer was awaiting his loan approval, city inspectors started writing code violations against part of the property. I did not reveal this information to the buyer because I did not think that it was important. Now, buyer wants to sue and return the property. do i have any rights?
