probate from tennessee to texas

if the estate of a texas resident is purposely filed in another state(tennessee) does texas law allow for the transfer of that probate case to the state of residency at death which was texas?was filed in tn. by listing decedent as tn. resident then all went down hill.

If there is a reason for Texas to have jurisdiction, then you can always file an ancillary action in Texas court. If you are challenging Tennessee's jurisdiction, then you will have to bring that to the Tennessee court immediately.
