Dear Sir / Madam,

As I understand your agreement, you were to build and test a boat to be supplied to your nephew at a predetermined price. Your nephew got a survey for ownership of the boat in his favour but has he paid up for the boat ? What about settling you for the price - "no Sale is complete without the Money having been realized".

You have not mentioned the contents of the lawyer's notice which is important to advice you.

You can directly mail me for further on-line legal advice at [email protected]
