Can I file an appeal of a judgment in the appellate court while in bankruptcy? How does it effect the bankruptcy?

Without knowing the details of the b/r cannot respond to what effect it has. It will probably not have any effect. If the judgment is against you, it might be discharged in the b/r, so why appeal?
