Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Utah

I live in Florida and consignd a painting in Park City, Utah. The Art Gallery went out of business without notifying me and after help from Park City police and my own online research the owner was found and the painting is in storage in Park City but since the owner is in arrears to the storage place, the storage owner will not release the painting without a court order even to the detective helping me . The unit is in danger in 30 days of being put up for auction and the detective told me I need to grt a court order and have it expedited . What form do I need to file?

You need to file for a writ of possession. I do not know of a 'form.'
