I recently broke up with my ex. We have a child together. He didn't sign the birth certificate. He petitioned for a paternity test, custody, and visitation. If I allow him to take her to see his family, can he refuse to give her back to me until the court date?

No, he has no parental rights whatsoever to this child until paternity

is first established by the court.
