Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Uncontested divorce in Virginia

Everything has been settled--child custody, support and all property sold. Nothing else is joint or needs to be divided or settled. I would like to file pro se and am looking for reputable online sources to purchase forms. Can you suggest a site or two?

No need to deal with dubious online sources. Just call or go to the clerk's office of the circuit court in your locality and see whether they have the packet of forms with instructions which explain how to file your pro se divorce action.

You may have to contact more than one court in order to get this particular packet as not all apparently offer it. (Prince Willliam County Circuit Court is one that does----at least when I was last there a few months back.)
