Do I receive a portion?

I'm purchasing new construction real estate with out an real estate agent. Do I receive a portion of that six percent commisisson since I am representing myself.

No. A commission is paid to a real estate licensee. However, since you are "saving" the seller the cost of part of the commission, you might negotiate for a reduced purchase price. Please consider seeking legal advice before enterring into a real estate contract.
