Legal Question in Immigration Law in Wisconsin

Hi. I am an international student. I first came on a J-1 visa for foreign exchange in highschool. all went well. Then i continued on a F1 visa for college, did two years at a school then switch to another one with a new sevis number. Now i am still on F1 three years later but went out of status a few months ago. In high school and all throughout these years i have been dating and lving/traveling and loving with my girlfriend and now we plan on getting married.can i file I-130 then I-485 and I-765 while staying in the us with my pregnant fiancee ? Also , can i start working off campus since i am out of status anyways without jeopardizing my marriage ?

You can marry your fiancee, and then she can file the I-130 for you (provided that she is a USA citizen), and you can file the I-485, etc. No, you can't work without authorization.
