Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I have not encroached but it in the order sheet court had said so and injunction was granted to defendant may i request the court if i have done so may i get those area in reality the picture is totally wrong.The surveyors had submitted fake report .Tommorrow is hearing date.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since the hearing is tomorrow, you should state the facts to the Judge hearing the matter and plead that the Judge orders the Survey and demarcation of your plot of land by independent Surveyors again.
