Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
For land problem(which is registered with some others name who is no more), If some one has won the case and got the land, Will he/she can register the land legally in his/her name?

The question is not clear. However we shall attempt to answer it on the basis of our understanding . Yes after the court case in one's favour and when the time for filing of the appeal has elapsed the land could be transferred / registered in favour of the person who has won the case.
