Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hi, It is regarding land re-Registration. Actually 90 sqft of my land was occupied by neighbor and he is ready to give that 90 sqft from other side which continuous of my land. How the document registration should be done??
Should I get new registration or Can I update the old registration document??

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should update this information in the old registration itself by checking on the prevailing procedure with the Tehshildar / District Registrar.
