what is legal remedies against a shopkeeper who has supplied a wrong water-purifier and not changing it after a repeated request?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Simply ask the shopkeeper to take away the water-purifier wrongly supplied and replace it with the correct ordered model, else do not pay the shopkeeper for it. If you have already paid the entire money in advance and the shopkeeper is dilly-dallying to supply you the ordered model, ask the shopkeeper to immediately refund your monies, else report the shopkeeper to the local Police station for action. Please re-post query if there is no Police action within 3 days of lodging the FIR against the shopkeeper.
