Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Can judge reject the Final Report submitted by IO after compromise and without knowing the truth.
Can judge call me before rejecting or accepting the FR to know the truth.
Can judge simply reject the FR just on application submitted by my wife.
Can i self appear in the court for telling that she have submitted wrong application.
Please sir advise me.
