i used to sell drugs and no longer do sell or use i am trying to get my life on the straight and narrow and i am wandering can i be charged from old phone messages even though i am not selling anymore to drugs already destroying my life enough already. i live in nsw australia

Drug Supply is an Indictable charge, which means that a charge can technically be brought at any time i.e. there is no limit to the time when Police can press charges.
However, in my experience, it is unlikely that a charge will be brought for minor supply that occurred years ago, especially if the only evidence is contained in text messages
