Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Please confirm if wife lived in the mother's house for 3 years rather than her husband's house. While husband called her several time also sent her legal notice and warned her if she would not return back at his home than he will do second marriage. Now please advise husband can do second marriage since wife didn't return back or still need for written permission from wife as per low of Pakistan Government.

Husband ko second marriage ki permission ka case krna paray ga.. Dissertion k ground pe permission easily mil jaye gi in 2-3 months.. [email protected]
