Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello Friends,

It would be great if you could give some solutions for my severe family problems.

I got married May 2008. Very soon I came to know that my wife is like childish, too much controlling and possessive. She hate my family and my surrounding who ever it is. I thought its becz of her age problems and gradually it would be alright. She suspect with my own sister also. So sad it is. So after marriage I was like in a Jail.

In-between Their fraud family played some tricky game and taken back all the gifts/ dowry that they have given. When I asked back, I knew their cheated game. So altogether quarrel was keep happening in my life. I and wife were far from my home (kerala) as I am working in Bangalore. We got a baby boy at 2010, but wife�s character remains same.

Once I called her family when these issues were on peak and they taken her to their home and files 498a towards me and my mother. I was totally on fire. But I got AB immediately and trials about to start after 7 months of case. In that period I didn�t call or try to convince them. Later she called and crying to take her back. I totally ignored for many times, But she keeps calling to my home and uncles. So sake of my small Son I agrred with the following condition-1. Not repeat the devil character in future 2. Have to withdraw case from her side. She did it and 1 year back we rejoined.

Beginning days she behaved nicely, but it was not lasted even for 1 month. Now she not allowing to come to my home, beating kid when she gets angry, abusive words always about my family, Looks like something she prepare to do. I fed up with everyday fight. I need 2 things

1.Get rid of the devil wife

2. Cant loose my son. I need him.

What all the preparation can I do future? How can I file the case?
