Legal Question in Family Law in Nigeria
Please my infant was taken away from me by a devil who claims to be 'wife'.
I have not seen them but she do told me that she would leave and I would never see my baby again.
How can I file an application in Court for production of the infant and an exparte order restraning them from circumcising my boy.

This question is confusing and has a lot of open ends. First why would your wife take away your infant child. Second where is your wife leaving to, third why do you want to restrain your wife from circumcising a male child.
As to your question, filing a successful application in court will only arise if you have sufficient facts and materials to place before the court to warrant the exercise of the courts discretion in your favour.
