I got married in 2009 in new Delhi (INDIA) currently i am in delhi and my husband is in USA ( CALIFORNIA) Now he needs divorce because of his mother behavior. Plz tell me how can i file for divorce. Do he have to visit Delhi in court ? I was mentally torched by my mother in law? Plz advice me, what type of case i can file for her and my husband.
