How long does it normally takes to get eviction result for non- ancestral property (relinquished and gifted) against the possesion of non title holder in delhi courts? what is the fastest way?

suit for ejection can take minimum of one year. It is recommended that suit be preferred immediately.

If the owner is interested to sell the property then the same can be done as is, however be sure that the actual condition is conveyed to the buyer.

All district and State level Courts in India have been issued directives and a mandate that the entire process of issue of summons, hearing, and passing of interim and final order has to be completed within 12 months from the date of filing the case.
