Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My wife having 6 acres land on her name which has come from her forefathers. Of course, she is no more. She survived with husband (i.e. myself), two daughters and one son.

Kindly advise whether above 6 acres land can be given a small share to son also. Otherwise how to distribute the above 6 acres of land among 2 daughters and one son.

Please advise

Dear Sir,

With he demise of your wife, the 6 acres of land in her name now vests in your name.
