Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
At what age can a minor recieve emancipation in Az?

A child must be 16 or 17 to file for emancipation. There are other requirements (e.g. the minor must be self-supporting, as well as other requirements). I recommend you speak with an attorney to learn more information if you believe you qualify.
16 is the youngest. There are other factors in addition to age.
