I live in arizona, in january 2009 wife abandoned the home taking my 13 year old son she moved out of state. to live with her boyfriend in wy,

than in august i went to idaho to visit my dad, two days before i returned to arizona the wife returned to arizona and moved back into the house,...

the following day she filed for divorce... after the divorce she is returning to wy ...for the third time she is planning to withdraw my son billy out of school and move him to wy ......

my son hates it in wy he wants to live with me... can you please advise what are my rights?

You CAN and SHOULD fight for primary custody of your son. the COurt is required to consider the desires of the child (amongst other factors). You can request an interview of the child for this purpose.
