Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
Daughter has 50/50 custody of daughter. Wants to vacation in MX for 1 week does she need fathers permission or to notify him on date leaving & returning. Old custody ruling stated the other parent needed to inform the other if leaving the state but vague interpretation of leaving country.

She must simply abide by her current orders. If the only relevant provision only mentions out of state, then she should abide by this same provision for Mexico. Please take care to review the Orders to insure there is nothing else more specific to out of country.
