Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
My daughter is being molested at her fathers house, I have called CPS and tried to talk to her father. He isn't taking it seriously. We have been seperated for almost two years but we have no formal custody agreement. WIll there be legal problems if I keep her from going to his house? What can I do to keep him from being able to take her?

you have got to get dissolution(divorce) pleadings filed and initiate an emergency petition with it. You should do this as soon as possible and you shoult not send your daughter there if you have reason to believe this is really happening.
If there are no Court orders in place, then you would not be violating a Court order to keep her. BUT IT IS BETTER TO TAKE APPRPRIATE LEGAL STEPS, including an emergency Petition.
We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options.
