Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My partner decided to end our relationship, start one with another person, and left. He didnt plan well and has no place to live. I have let him stay but with rules. Told him to leave. Days later returned and feeling sorry for him i let him stay again..with conditions. 5 hours and did what he wanted again. So, hes got to go. At wits end. Can i get a restraining order so he cannot come back a third time? I have tried to help and i cannot do it anymore.

If your partner does not have a legal right to come into your home, then you should refuse entry, and perhaps call police. I am not sure whether these events would warrant an "Order of Protection", which requires an act of domestic violence or the potential for such. Nor am I sure these events would warrant an "Injunction Against Harassment", which requires a series of harassing events. Since you keep ALLOWING the returns, I would expect you have to start refusing before an injunction could be considered.
