Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arizona

my boyfriend was an immigrant from mexico when he tried to apply for his greencard, they found out he had prior convictions and he was voluntarily deported back to his native country; how can i go about bringing him back? we have a daughter together and we've been together for 4 years; also, they his lawyers and the immigration judge told him he was barred from reapplying for 2 years, its been three years now and we don't know where to start or how to begin

Unfortunately, if his previous application for a green card was denied and he was removed from the USA (based on criminal deportability/inadmissibility grounds), it's not very likely that he will be able to come back again to USA.

He might have been told that he is barred from reapplying for certain number of years, but the fact is that even if he applies for a visa, it is likely going to be denied again. Sometimes, a person can apply for a waiver, and you should consult an immigration lawyer for a case-specific advice and see what forms of relief are available to him.
