Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arizona

how do i bring the mother of my U.S. citizen baby born abroad into the country to live with me. we do not plan on getting married but do plan to cohabitat as common law marriage. i know immigration services do not recognize commonlaw marriages. my baby already has his U.S. passport......how do i get his mother into the country on a long term status.

she has a philippines passport.

tourist visas not long enough

fiance visa not applicable (as we wont be legaly married in the eyes of UCIS)

any help in this area would be appreciated

If you don't plan to marry her, then you can't bring her to USA. As a private individual, you can only petition for her as a fiancee or a wife.

Any other visas she can possibly apply (work, student, etc) are not dependent on you and your relationship.
