Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arizona

Okay my situation is a bit difficult....I am 20 years of age, well 21 really, and in October of 2006 I suffered an injury that left me sort of disabled. I was taken back to Mexico and remained there for about a year and since then cannot care for myself 100%. My mother brought me back to the US illegally with me not having a say because she cares for me and I cannot leave her side. I am doing school once again because I have been here since I was 4 and have completed every grade level up to my senior year in high school which I will be graduating this year, 2010, is there any advice or help you could give me towards gaining legal status? I feel I have done nothing wrong since I immigrated illegal as a child because I had no choice and immigrated illegally as an adult because, once again, I had no choice.

No, unfortunately, there is nothing that you can do. If your mother can't petition for you and no other relative can, then you are not eligible for any immigration benefit.

In addition, illegal entry makes you ineligible for adjustment of status (green card).

On another note, you got a permanent bar because of illegal entry after a previous unlawful stay for over a year after age 18. From the point of view of US immigration law, it's largely irrelevant that your mother made that decision for you, or that you attended public school.

Sorry, but there is no positive answer, especially considering the permanent bar.
